The Center provides an academically oriented program that focuses on intellectual development leading to educational success. In consideration of the full spectrum of human growth, the service model also includes attention to physical, social and emotional competencies that support achievement grade-to-grade through college, and into family-sustaining careers and productive adulthood.

As of 2014, 94% of Boys Hope Girls Hope collegians nationwide remain enrolled in college each year, and 86% continue their studies to degree completion.
