We are looking for a music teacher, with experience teaching elementary students basics in music, drama, chorus and simple instruments. Primary program goals will be to go through simple music curriculum and help students prepare performances for Christmas concert and Spring showcase. Volunteer will serve 2 hours per week and will work with a group of 21 students. Schedule as follows:
12 to 1pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays; special rehearsal days
Background check and fingerprinting required.

Description
Precious Promise Academy (PPA) was founded in 1988 by Mrs. Ophelia Yeary & her husband, Reverend Max Yeary. At that time, there were few schools in Broward County. The Lord birthed in them a desire to spread the gospel on a daily basis to the precious children of our community while providing quality childcare.
PPA has recently expanded into the elementary grades, and has founded Christian Life Academy, which curently serves kindergarten through second grade.
At Christian Life Academy, we are dedicated to providing our students with an EXPERIENCE which will enable them to be prepared spiritually and academically in their lives. We believe God has uniquely gifted each child with individual skills, abilities and interests. We desire to inspire a high level of excellence and a strong sense of integrity and faith in the hearts and minds of our students.
It is our goal is to provide classrooms where each child has the opportunity to learn and develop individually and in a small group setting. We desire to create an environment where your child caninteract in variety of learning styles.
