Come volunteer with the inspiring athletes of the Capital Adaptive Rowing Program (CARP)! We are looking for energetic and positive individuals to help with our rowing practices and races during the year. While knowledge about the sport and knowing how to scull would be great, it is absolutely not neccessary. Much of the assistance we need is with setting up and carrying boats for the athletes to use on the water. As long as you are open to learning, we can certainly provide you with the training you'd need to become familiar with the sport and our athletes.
We currently practice:
- Mondays from 6PM-8PM
- Wednesdays from 6PM-8PM
- Thursdays from 6PM-8PM
- Saturdays from 7:30AM-10AM AND 10AM-12PM
If you are interested and able to volunteer during any of these times, please feel free to sign-up using the following link:

CARP works with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities to provide athletic opportunities for these amazing athletes to train and compete. Please come join our team in achieving our goals!
