You will assist the staff with childcare and child enrichment activities while the children's moms engage in parent support groups, academic coaching, prenatal groups, etc. Activities may include administering a COVID screener to moms and children prior to the class, group activities with the older children, and one on one time with children and babies. Children in the program range from birth to 5 years. We do require that all volunteers are fully vaccinated.

Description
New Moms equips struggling, impoverished adolescent parents (aged 13-24) and their children with the personal and workforce development tools they will need, to permanently change their life stories from chronic dependence on society, to economic independence and family stability.
