Volunteering for KEEN is fun and provides the opportunity for one-to-one work with some terrific kids and young adults with developmental and physical disabilities. As a KEEN volunteer, you will be paired one-on-one with a youth with a disability for fun swim activities, including diving for rings, getting in a squirt gun fight, or just relaxing in the water.
You don't need any prior experience working with individuals who have disabilities - we'll train you on your first day of participation. You don't need to be a good swimmer, either. Please contact us to schedule your first volunteer session.
