The patient transport volunteers will transport patients by wheelchair from recovery rooms to therapy gyms for rehabilitation, and to assist in discharging patients to go home. They will make conversation with patients and family members to create a relaxed atmosphere. Must have good communication skills, be able to push a wheelchair and be able to spend the majority of the shift on their feet.
