Our Seniors maybe old but they are still vibrant and wanting to keep their bodies in tip top shape. They would love any exercise program that you would lead. Thai Chai to Chigong to chair exercises, stretching and strengthening, to salsa dancing. Anything that keeps their muscles moving and their hearts healthy.
