The Online Marketing Director is responsible for managing Amario's Art Academy’s website and online philanthropic campaigns. This individual will be responsible for the overall direction and strategy for the Art Academy’s presence throughout the internet space, while ensuring that the content on http://www.amariosartacademy.com is always up-to-date, timely and accurate.
The Online Marketing Director will take the lead in creating a compelling user experience and developing and managing content for the Academy’s Web site that will engage supporters and volunteers in a compelling way. S/he will drive selected Web projects from conception through go-live, developing and organizing associated site content.
As a member of the Art Academy’s Donor Relations program, the volunteer is a critical member of the Academy communications team and is highly involved in ongoing improvements to the Web site, including redesigns and new functionality.
The volunteer collaborates with other members of the Art Academy Donor Relations program, including colleagues in stewardship, special events/volunteer and publications, to support the broader work of the Academy’s Donor Relations program.
The Online Marketing Director will work in collaboration with the Academy Director of the Annual Fund to develop, implement and evaluate online initiatives for the Art Academy in support of multi-year revenue goals. This position will work with the Academy staff to provide a range of support services to the fundraising team and others. He/She also works in ongoing collaboration with the Academy’s Communications staff to coordinate online publication of specific materials.
