Here at Wabash Valley Habitat for Humanity there are countless opportunities to plug in and volunteer. We have ongoing construction of new homes where you can work alongside the home owner to build a home. You don't need to be skilled, we will teach you what you need to do! If construction isn't your thing, there are committees to serve on, family support advocacy, ReStore volunteers, and outreach just to name a few. If you have a passion for others to have decent and adequate housing then Wabash Valley Habitat for Humanity is the place for you to volunteer! Call or e-mail the office for more information!

Mission Statement
Wabash Valley habitat for Humanity is the local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a not-for-profit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry seeking to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the Wabash Valley and around the world making decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. Through community volunteers and in-kind donations, Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with people in need to build affordable houses. The houses then are sold to those in need at no profit and with no interest charged. It is the mission of Habitat for Humanity to eradicate substandard housing and to make sure everybody has a safe, decent, affordable home to live in.
