About Bike MS

The Bike MS: Dat’s How We Roll is a 2 day fundraising cycling event that covers 150 miles through the beautiful countryside of Louisiana and Mississippi. This journey to create a world free of multiple sclerosis begins at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana and rides 75 miles north to Percy Quin State Park in McComb, Mississippi. Participants overnight in McComb before heading back to Hammond on Day 2.

Volunteers Needed

As you can imagine an event this big needs a lot of support from dedicated volunteers. We are seeking individuals and groups of all ages and abilities. We have a Rest Stop on both days and need volunteers to help with set up and running of the Rest Stop.

You can volunteer for one day or both days.

The South Central Region, headquartered in Houston, TX is made up of five states: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico.

Seeking out and engaging volunteers to join the movement is at the very core of our organization.

We engage volunteers at every level. Join an event committee, volunteer at a walk or bike event, advocate at the capitol, volunteer at our office, no matter how you choose to contribute, you are doing something about MS now!

The Society is looking for passionate volunteers with expertise in areas such as: marketing communications, public relations, corporate and donor development, medical, legal, administrative and organizational expertise.

We are always looking for volunteers who want to share their time and talent to help stop MS!
