The American Heart Association is seeking day-of event volunteers to assist at the 2017 South Sound Heart & Stroke Walk. The walk is taking place on Saturday, September 30th at Cheney Stadium.
We are seeking volunteers for "Shift 2"- which is from 9am-1pm. This group of volunteers will ensure the event runs smoothly and tear-down is efficient.
Some tasks these volunteers could expect to help with are:
-"manning" booths
-Passing out water
-Taking photos
-Greeting and directing participants
-Assisting with the route
-Breaking down vendor booths
-Route clean-up
-Loading trucks
