IMA Volunteer Logo

Next spring, visitors to the IMA will experience our campus as they never have before as they will be surrounded by tens of thousands of spring flowers that will transform the gardens into a wonderland of color. These flowers will create a new path, new gardens and every twist and turn will be filled with glorious color during our Spring Blooms celebration.

To create this unforgettable experience, the IMA is planting more bulbs than we have ever in the history of the institution - more than 100,000 bulbs this fall. We need your help to tackle this planting feat, which we are affectionately calling Bulbapalooza. EVERYONE is invited to participate regardless of your skill level. The dates for the upcoming plantings are:

Tuesday, October 18 from 1- 4 pm
Thursday, October 20 from 1- 4 pm
Tuesday, November 1
from 1- 4 pm
Thursday, November 3
from 1- 4 pm

We have 30 openings per day for individuals, families, corporations, and organizations to help us. If you are interested in signing up or want to receive more information about this special opportunity, please contact Chris Morehead, manager of volunteer services at cmorehead@imamuseum.org.

Thank you for your interest the IMA. I look forward to bringing this new experience to life with your help this fall!
