Texas Home Health Hospice continues to provide quality care for individuals facing an end-of life illness. We are always looking for volunteers to journey with our clients and their families. Volunteer services include the following administrative, companionship, bereavement, pet therapy, Angel Care and Vet-to-Vet.

Description
Texas Home Health Hospice provides Hospice care to patients where they reside. Our focus is to empower our patients and their families to live their lives to the fulfest despite the terminal illness. We provide an interdisciplinary team, including a volunteer, for each patient and family to meet their physicial, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
