If you're looking for a way to get to know seniors in your community, our Wednesday evening Snack Cart might be the position for you! We are looking for volunteers to come to our center Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8pm (every week, every other week, or once a month), and take hot drinks and snacks around to our patients' rooms to provide a little "night cap" before bed. You'll be passing out coffee, teas, and whatever delicious little snack our activity director provides that week. You'll arrive at 6:30, load up the cart with the drinks and snacks, and take your show on the road to the patient rooms, offering door-to-door snack service and a little friendly conversation. This is a great fit for individuals, families, or small groups. Application, orientation, training and background check can be completed online. Let me know if you're interested! Right now we are looking for volunteers to take over the 2nd and/or 4th Wednesday evening of each month. Thanks!

Description
We are a new, 45-bed rehabilitation center on the shores of Sloan's Lake in Denver. We look forward to bringing in volunteers to help our residents have a more pleasant stay while they're with us.
