We had an event planner that had to leave suddenly. We have several events over the next two months and need help. We think we need about 3 people to help us pull off the various events. This could work into a job, but really asking for people who have a background in event planning for now. We would like 5-10 hours per week. You would be doing some of the items listed below based on your strengths and ability
- Find vendors for our event November 5th.
- Help us with the invitations, RSVPs and guest list.
- Coordinate details of events.
- Book talent.
- Sample food and select dishes for menus.
- Visit venue to plan layout of seating and decorations.
- Secure sponsorships.

Project C.U.R.E. (Commission on Urgent Relief and Equipment) is the registered trademark of the Benevolent Healthcare Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Since 1987, Project C.U.R.E. has provided millions of dollars of donated medical supplies and equipment to sick and dying people living in more than 138 developing countries. Project C.U.R.E. serves as a liaison between we who have so much and those who have too little. With its International Headquarters located in Centennial, Colorado, Project C.U.R.E. has major operations in Denver, Chicago, Houston, Kansas City, Nashville, Mid-Atlantic (Philadelphia) and Phoenix. Project C.U.R.E. ships millions of dollars in lifesaving medical supplies, sending an average of two to three semi-truck sized cargo containers each week to nearly every continent on the globe.
