The Adopt-a-Block Program provides volunteer-based surface level sanitation services to the Isla Vista community. Volunteers undergo an educational program orientation before being provided with equipment to perform various litter abatement tasks on and around streets in Isla Vista. By physically removing and disposing of this litter and other trash, our volunteers help beautify the local community while minimizing the amount of pollutants that reach Isla Vista's beautiful beaches and ocean.
