Mission Statement

Arkansas Portable Pumpkin Patch is Arkansas's only non-profit pumpkin patch. The company was conceived in August 2015. Its main purpose being to supply children who receive the backpack program during the school year, fresh vegetables throughout the summer. Throughout the summer, the volunteers and company board members, are constantly on the farm, sweating in the blazing sun and the hundred degree temperatures. Simply so they know that Arkansas Children are getting the correct nutrients and vitamins they need throughout they summer to strive in both physical and mental conditions. The pumpkin patch is the main fund supporter for The Veggie Pack Program. Every year, Arkansas Portable will run two different pumpkin patch programs, one will be portable and the other one will be a typical non-portable pumpkin patch. 100% of the profit from the pumpkin patches go back to the children of Arkansas, supplying them with fresh Arkansas Grown vegetables throughout the summer.

Description

Our platform is based off of the continues need for fresh vegtables for children in high poverty areas in Arkansas. We reach out through the schools and supply fresh vegtables throughout the summer, to students and familes that recieve the backpack program.
