Learning at the Library

If you enjoy working alongside elementary school age children we have an exciting opportunity that combines STEAM-related learning with hands-on activities!

Under the supervision of the Program Librarian at the Scotts Valley branch, you'll help students learn through activities keyed to four modules: Science, Culture, Art, and Games - activities such as Experimenting with Sound and How to Build a Crane.

No experience necessary. We're looking for volunteers who enjoy children, like to play, are organized, reliable, and helpful. Is this you??
