Child Abuse Prevention Center Breaking the Cycle

The Child Abuse Prevention Center's Families Helping Families program connects families, community members, and businesses with our neediest program families in order to provide basic needs items and Christmas presents for the holidays.

Over the course of two days, volunteer elves provide support in a number of ways. Our office elves assist with phone-banking and prepping packets. North pole elves will receive presents being dropped off and help inventory, sort, wrap, and un-load/load gifts. Volunteer elves play a key role in the smooth operation of the North Pole.

(1) Saturday: Volunteers help receive presents being dropped off and help inventory, sort, and wrap any gifts that come unwrapped

(2) Sunday: Volunteers help load presents onto vehicles for delivery and event support as needed
