About

We need help overseeing local transportation for domestic abuse victims to safety and community advocacy. This is an entry-level, hands-on leadership position. This role is not for the passive, weekend or evenings-only volunteer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience for Program Management of a nonprofit or a for-profit business. With a heavy emphasis on team management and development, and establishing standards of performance across all programs, the ideal candidate will have some experience working with a team and/or managing a project.

Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the Program Director for Community Services will be responsible for the operational success of local transportation services and service provider collaborations. In this newly established role, you will create processes and standards for accountability.
