Spend a morning or afternoon with the great kids at Palmer Lake Elementary as they go through a a series of basic exercises to determine their fitness level. Easy training and record keeping; lots of smiles. Our Phy Ed teachers need to help to keep kids moving through the stations and recording results accurately. This is a great opportunity for dads and grandpas!
