We need your help! Arts & Scraps will be in the Children's section of Ferndale's DIY Festival this year! Each child will go to our recycled versions of a body shop, trim shop and paint shop. Using recycled materials, we'll help children learn about what an assembly line is, and they will enjoy making thier very own car. Come help us help children think, create and learn.

For over 30 years, Arts & Scraps has reimagined recycled materials to inspire people of all ages to think, create and learn.
Description
Arts & Scraps is open to the public to stuff bags with safe, accessible recycled industrial materials. We also host educational and curriculum-based field trips, on site workshops for children and adults and create art and curriculum kits for 10 to 35 students. We bring activity tables to events throughout the Metro Detroit Area. Our warehouse uses volunteers of all abilities to sort, pack and prepare materials for our programs and learning kits.
