  • Responsible for researching grant opportunities at appropriate places
  • Possess broad knowledge of organizational structure, functions and needs
  • Possess essential knowledge of a grant application process
  • Develop effective grant proposals
  • Submit proposals within deadlines in conjunction with the administrator
