Lead the Charge to Change Lives Editing Envision's E-News. Our quarterly e-newsletters inform four loyal audiences: clients, volunteers, donors and partners. Highly readable, they keep people up to date on accomplishments, coming and past events, seasonal registrations and opportunities, fundraisers, heartwarming and inspirational stories and how our horses, volunteers and donors make a difference. Our e-newsletter editor works closely with our Development and Operations directors and social media editors to collect information, format content, layout text and graphics, maintain distribution lists and schedule delivery. The e-newsletter editor ensures the newsletter complies with Envision branding and style guide, disabilities etiquette, and PII and HIPPA policies protecting privacy. Experience with the MailChimp platform is preferred, but experience with Constant Contact, i-Contact, or other services helpful. Experience editing and producing e-newsletters for charities, especially related to disabilities, animals, youth, or mental health is very helpful.
