Companion Hospice is looking for...
Men and women who are at least 17 years of age and who have a deep concern for others and willingness to donate 1 to 4 hours a week. Each volunteer will receive orientation, training and ongoing support.
Volunteer role would include but not limited to:
- Provide relief for family caregivers
- Read to patients
- Write letters/cards for patients
- Listen to music or play music
- Play cards and/or games
- Life review with patients

Description
Companion Hospice provides physical, emotional and spiritual support for terminally ill patients and their families. With the help of the volunteers-- patients and family members can spend the remaining time living with the dignity and respect all people deserve.
