As the Family Resource Intern at US Together, you will be responsible for assisting our families and case managers with putting clients in contact with a variety of resources that can benefit whatever need they may have. This position would be a great start to someone who is hoping to work in social services as knowledge of public assistance is crucial.

Some of the things you will assist clients with are as follows:

• Food Pantry linkages
• WIC appointments (pregnancy, birth-5)
• Primary Care Physician appointments
• HEAP & PIPP appointments (Heating and energy assistance and payment assistance)
• Giving clients clothing and seasonal donations
• Car seat referrals to Columbus Public Health
• Diabetic referrals to Clintonville Resource Center
