The opportunity is with the International Rescue Committee, Boise's largest refugee resettlement agency.

This is a perfect opportunity for people who love children, to help keep young kids busy while their parents attend a mandatory all day class for newly arrived refugees. The playroom is right next door to the classroom, and there is a nice playground outside.

Volunteers are welcome to bring their children as well, to play with the new kids. Applicants should be willing to bring joy, creativity and flexibility to the playroom, and be comfortable with non-English speaking children and parents.
