Join The Dream Builders Project as we host another
"Care-Packages-for-the-Homeless" Event!
Staff and volunteers will arrive at Pan Pacific Park (on the corner of Gardner St. and Beverly Blvd.) at 11:30AM SHARP, like a freshly sharpened pencil #seriouslysharp ! We will have fun, non negotiable fun ;), assembling care packages filled with donated food, clothing, first aid items, water and other everyday necessities AND making pb&j sandwiches (p.s. everyone loves pb&j sandwiches)!
Then YOU will make someone's day by distributing a care package(s) to one of the 58,000 individuals that are living on the streets of Los Angeles all while not forgetting to post a photo of your amazing, impactful work on instagram or facebook with the hastag #DBPLA (so that we can repost your photo)!

OUR OBJECTIVE is to show our community how, even in a short amount of time, we can make a difference. We, as in us and YOU, will provide a small amount of relief while also raising awareness about the extent of homelessness in LA and how, as a community, we can and need to address these issues.

FAQs
I am unable to attend the event :(, is there still a way I can contribute?
Yes! We are in need of donations (i.e. first aid kits, bandaids, sunscreen etc.), please contact Sophie at sophie@thedbproject.com for an inclusive list. The deadline for donations is Wednesday, Oct. 19.
Can I bring children to the event?
Yes, of course! All children are welcome! They will have a blast and see first hand how to make a difference.
Why is there a cost for the event?
Your donation will go directly towards purchasing supplies that we were unable to get donated. If we are able to get everything donated (yay!!) your donation will go directly towards our next "Care-Packages-for-the-Homeless" Event!
What should I bring to the event?
You should bring a smile, some cash (you can make a donation or purchase an Official DBP T-Shirt, adult and child sizes availble!) and your mobile phone to post on social media!
