We need employers who would be willing to have a volunteer youth "shadow" their business, by allowing them to see the various aspects of the business. They should learn from the owner, the key staff, and various others who can help the youth see the benefits of a career in that particular field.
This is a month long program (24 hrs), where the youth will learn, grow, and ovserve others who are successful.
