Our Mission At Jared’s Heart of Success, our mission is to break the cycle of violence by empowering youth, especially those impacted by trauma, through mentoring, peer mediation, conflict resolution, and mental wellness support. We provide emotional support and equip individuals with restorative tools, and life skills to help them heal, grow, and lead positive change in their lives.

Who We Are:
Jared’s Heart of Success is a nonprofit organization founded in honor of Jared Brown, whose life was tragically taken by gun violence in 2015. His memory lives on through our mission to educate, empower, and equip individuals with the tools they need to heal from trauma, resolve conflict peacefully, and lead meaningful change.
What We Do:
We support youth, young adults (ages 11-24), and survivors of violence through trauma-informed programs that promote healing, leadership, and nonviolence. Our services include:

Creative Expression & Arts-Based Healing
