We are the Rainbow Girls of Richmond, Virginia!

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a nonprofit Masonic service organization for girls between the ages of 11 and 20. We also have a Pledge Group for girls ages 6-10 and are beginning a Sparkle Group for ages 3-5.

We are an organization led and run by girls, teaching leadership from the start. Rainbow provides tools that prepare girls for life by teaching service to others, public speaking ability, planning, organization, interpersonal skills, and more.

Rainbow is open to girls of all creeds, colors, nationalities, and walks of life. Its members do believe in a Supreme Being and are encouraged to live a life of faith, hope and charity.

The Rainbow Girls use the colors of the rainbow to learn a series of values that young women need in their lives to be successful.
