We are looking for social media savvy individuals. Duties of this position are fairly simple and can be done from a person's home.
Job duties include:
- Finding various articles about parenting, divorce, family events around town, and other material we may send you then posting them to social media accounts. Posts should occur 3-5 times a week.
- Opening new social media accounts on other platforms where we do not already have an account.
- Responding to questions and concerns that user may have.

Y-Empowerment’s., Heaven’s House program is dedicated to providing supervised visitation and exchanges. Our purpose is to assure the safety and welfare of the children, adults, and providers of supervised visitation. Since our inception in 2011, Heaven’s House has provided supervised visitation and safe exchanges for over 520 families. We are particularly proud of the effectiveness of our program to date as our adherence to the Guiding Principles and California Best Practices, has ensured the safety of our victims and staff while serving as a road map for the operations of our visitation center. Subsequently, we are proud to say, we have had no issues or safety concerns to date.
Description
The Safety of Child(ren) and Adult Victims is our highest priority and both are treated with equal regard. The purpose of Heaven’s House is to assure the safety and welfare of the children, adults, and providers of supervised visitation. We were formed to be a safe, affordable, fun and welcoming environment for all parties in the matter, notably the children.
Heaven’s House is located in the Y-Empowerment building in central Bakersfield at 2122 Brundage Lane. Our Visitation Center is a wheelchair accessible facility with easy access from all parts of town. Heaven’s House has two separate pick-up and drop-off locations so that the parents can have easy transitions in the exchanging and visitations of their children. With the provision of onsite games, activities, and a comfortable atmosphere, we try to ensure that the child(ren) are able to make the most of their visits with the parent while ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone. Our primary mission is that of creating a safe environment. Our goal in providing these services is to eliminate as much of the emotional hardship that children frequently have to endure as a result of custody litigations while helping them maintain safe contact with their parents and other significant relatives. The Heavens House facility offers a front waiting room, two living rooms, a dining room and an outdoor space. Our outdoor area is equipped with play equipment for children to enjoy while forming or strengthening their relationship with the non-custodial parent.
