Community Nutrition Advisor - Volunteer in Tanzania

**Please note this is a 12-month position based in Tanzania (flexible).

The volunteer will

• Engage with the community to educate them about RMNCH specifically on breastfeeding and child, and maternal/adult nutrition
• Support in the development of communication with political, administrative and community leaders on nutrition matters
• With support from Regional Nutritional Officer, take leadership in training the community health workers reach out to the community with key nutrition messages
• Coordinate with Environmental health and sanitation advisor and health workers to ensure complementary BCC program activities
• Provide technical support to nutrition teams in all project sites, including the evaluation and impact analysis of current projects & provide input into the integration of beneficiary participation and accountability

• Degree in Nutrition/food science or related field

• At least 2 years’ experience in the field
• Experience in conducting workshops, training and seminars
