The volunteer will
- Engage with the community to educate them about RMNCH specifically on breastfeeding and child, and maternal/adult nutrition
- Support in the development of communication with political, administrative and community leaders on nutrition matters
- With support from Regional Nutritional Officer, take leadership in training the community health workers reach out to the community with key nutrition messages
- Coordinate with Environmental health and sanitation advisor and health workers to ensure complementary BCC program activities
- Provide technical support to nutrition teams in all project sites, including the evaluation and impact analysis of current projects & provide input into the integration of beneficiary participation and accountability
Degree in Nutrition/food science or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in the field
- Experience in conducting workshops, training and seminars
