National Recruiting Chair
We need a dynamic, action-oriented leader to plan and implement our applicant recruiting program, which begins annually in November. The National Chair oversees the Western and Eastern Division Recruiting Chairs, ensuring a cohesive and directed approach. The National Recruiting Chair ensures the Metro Directors are coordinated in their planning to drive event-based community outreach and targeted applicant recruiting. This is a volunteer position with the potential for a stipend after a trial period.
Who we’re looking for:
Fearless attitude towards technology and a willingness to learn
Creative and inquisitive nature and passion to learn and apply something new every day
Communications, Marketing, and Business majors preferred
Sales experience a big plus
Ability to commit ~12 hours per week
What you’ll give:
In addition to helping craft our National recruiting strategy, you’ll:
- Engage strategic partners in the investment and research communities to source leads
- Refine messaging for targeted outreach to leads
- Work with Western and Eastern Division leadership to execute targeted outreach to promising applicant leads
- Collaborate with Western and Eastern Division leadership on a series of public business briefings to activate our community in all of our metro areas.

The Cleantech Open provides the platform for that kind of interaction.
