Zixtech organization is an NGO working with Orphans, street children and less privileged. Zixtech organization currently operates a variety of programs that include: an education center for over 50 Orphans and Vulnerable Youth (OVCs) at the nursery level, vocational training for women living with HIV/AIDS, and a program that aims to empower ORPHANS and youths in the community with life skills.
We are currently seeking an energetic volunteer in order to run our programs. This position will include the following duties:
Implementing vocational training program for the youth
Providing sexual health seminars on HIV/AIDS and risk reduction strategies
Assisting in film training so that the youth can create their own educational documentaries (fundraising for a video camera may be necessary)
Notes:
Start date is flexible, however, volunteers will be asked to commit more than one term (1 month).
Language and cultural lessons will be provided.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to participate on many other projects that zixtech is currently implementing.

We aim to provide the needed life line to help people improve their lives in Cameroon especially in rural communities. We identify their problems and seek possible ways to address them.
2. We aim to support people who are marginalized in the communities, be it due to physically handicapped, the elderly, people with mental illness, people with albinism and needy children.
3. We aim to create awareness and educate the community on issues affecting the well-being of their communities which includes communal hygiene, HIV/AIDS pandemic, recycling and climate change
