It's time for the 2016 HorseFest. Our biggest fundraiser of the year will be held on Saturday, September 17, from 12 noon - 4 p.m.. As you all know, it takes tremendous effort and teamwork to make this event a success. We need each of you to thoughtfully consider volunteering. There are many opportunities and the workload is split into shifts, so won't need to stay the whole day - but it's so much fun - we think you'll not want to leave.
We still need many general volunteer positions filled. Set up crews, Crafts and Carnival Games booths, parking monitors and clean up people are still in high demand. We only have two weeks left to make sure this is a successful event.
We will offer three short training sessions for our volunteers on the following dates:
Saturday, September 10th, 12:30-1:30 p.m. (immediately following Fall Clean-Up Day)
Sunday, September 11th, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Monday, September 12th, 7:00-8:00 p.m.
