I need help on Mondays and Wednesdays to help the school with its wish list of items that need to be done on the church and school's property.
Currently I am painting the school's initials OMGC on all of the folding chairs and table that are in the multi-purpose hall or building.

HANDYMAN WORK:
Church: OMGC stenciled - On the sides of all folding tables with white spray paint - On all chairs with black spray paint
Exterior Doors - Cleaned - Sun protected - ( Using tungsten oil applied with brush? )
Top Dead Bolt - Removed from the door that is next to the tabernacle
Hall: Portable Fans - Need to be checked to see if they are in working condition - One needs a motor
Refrigerator - Needs a drainage pipe installed in the back of unit
PVC Pipe - Broke - near the lowest step at flower bed - Eagle project: H2O Kinder play area
Office Building: Main Guest Bathroom Shower Door - Repair
Faucets - Reversed
Visiting Room - 1st Floor Window - Needs to be cut
Rectory: Bathroom - Needs to be painted ( located by the kitchen )
Guest Bedroom - Window blind needs a cord - Valence needs to be installed
Pastor's Office - Valence needs to be reinstalled ( outer office )
Front Door - Fading - needs to be painted with tungsten oil to protect from sun ( Door is facing Dracena Drive )
Window screens - Washed ( located in the basement ) - Installed
ELECTRICAL WORK:
Motion detector / light switches need to be installed in the following areas:
Church: Men's restroom Women's restroom
Sacristy restroom Hall: All restrooms
Outside Entry - on the south side
Inside Entry - on the south side Exterior light - on the Dracena side
Office Building: Rectory: Outside Kitchen Entry - replace the existing solar
School: Classrooms - Check all of the electrica rectangular ballasts - Replace the electrical ballasts if needed
GENERAL WORK:
Ongoing throughout the year Lawn Sprinklers - checked at least twice a year to check if they are working properly
Window Openers - oiled, fixed
Church: Lobby / Vestibule - cleaned, varnished

Description
Our Mother of Good Counsel School is a unique school that blends many cultures together in a harmonious unit. The school has been in the Los Feliz neighborhood for 80 years and has an outstanding reputation of providing an excellent education to its students. The majority of its students not only go on to highly academic high schools but also graduate from top universities and colleges throughout the United States. OMGC School has a highly involved student body and group of parents who help in the numerous activities which take place each month. The school ensures that a strong Catholic identity is maintained through the various religious activities which occur daily and monthly at the school. It helps students to develop a sense of belonging and a sense of Christian responsibility to the greater community. The faculty and administration feel it is important to build community among the school groups to develop camaraderie and a feeling of belonging. Many of the students inform their parents that they do not want to be absent from school because they don’t want to miss any exciting activities.
