Event Committee Members are asked to contribute their skills to helping Reach put on a number of events throughout the year. These events serve the dual purpose of acting as a fundraiser for Reach as well as act as community outreach. Attendance at every event is not mandatory but is encouraged.
Planning, Themes, Sponsorships, Pricing, Date Selection, Activities, Games, Volunteers, Event Agenda, Marketing, Ticket Sales, Raffles and any other element involved in putting on events. Each event will be led by either Reach’s Development Officer or Director of Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion.
Some of the events will have specific goals involved such as inclusion, community outreach, annual meeting and fundraising.
Meetings would be conducted mostly by teleconference but a few would be conducted by in person as they event dates draw near, most likely in Minnetonka. Email will also be utilized to conduct a lot of the business.

- All volunteers must complete an orientation process & some training regarding events.
