Have you ever translated a Word document into an online form? To allow college summer intern applicants to complete the intake form electronically, candidates download a simple Word document that quickly loses formatting depending on their operating system and version of MS Office. I want to streamline the process and create searchable fields. Survey Monkey might work, but I don't know if that's the right way to go. What do you think... and can you help?
