Do you want to learn new skills and enhance your job marketability while helping a good cause? The Aberdeen ReStore is looking for service minded individuals who can assist our customer service department. Volunteers will be processing customer transactions, inform people of the ReStore's mission, and build new relationships with customers. Volunteers will receive training on how to use the ReStore POS system and customer service. This opportunity is available Wednesday-Saturday from 2pm-6pm. Volunteers can volunteer for a 2HR or 4HR Shift. The Aberdeen ReStore is flexible if you would like a shorter or longer shift. This opportunity is great for anyone looking to gain real world job experience and meet new people!
The Aberdeen ReStore is part of Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna. It is a volunteer operated nonprofit store that takes donations of construction materials, appliances, and furniture. We sell the items at a reduce cost and use the profits to build affordable homes for low income families.
