Job Role:

The Impact Assessment volunteer would be responsible for creating and reforming systems to fill gaps in the current monitoring and evaluation systems. This volunteer would also be responsible for testing the systems and processes to ensure a greater overall understanding of the organization by all involved. Due to the intense research and skills involved in this project we need applicants who are willing to commit to a minimum of 4 months.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding processes and systems used currently to gather data
• Understanding recommendations made by the staff and board of the partner organization in a previous gap analysis
• Researching impact assessment tools used by other organizations
• Carrying out changes to current systems of impact assessment
• Creating a schedule by which impact assessment is performed
  

Specific Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of systems development
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience performing desk and field research
• Experience working on MS Excel
• Experience working on and leading a diverse team
