Arts in Medicine is about helping patients and caregivers feel better through creativity. Creating art doesn't just make you mentally feel better, it also creates positive physical changes inside your body.
The diagnosis of cancer and its subsequent treatment can leave many patients and families struggling to copy. Creative activities, visual art and music, as offered by the Watson Clinic Foundation's Arts In Medicine Program, strives to help visitors to the Watson Clinic Cancer Center refocus, relax and refresh. The program is based on documented medical research that reports creative activities and music can help with healing, pain, decreased stress levels and anxiety.
We'll work with your schedule.
