Looking for volunteers who are already skilled and comfortable playing acoustical guitar in front of people. The music should be a relaxing background style which will be played in the patient waiting areas. Musicians should be able to play for at least an hour and a half. Musicians will need to bring their own guitar and any other required equipment.

Description
The diagnosis of cancer and its subsequent treatment can leave many patients and families struggling to copy. Creative activities, visual art and music, as offered by the Watson Clinic Foundation's Arts In Medicine Program, strives to help visitors to the Watson Clinic Cancer Center refocus, relax and refresh. The program is based on documented medical research that reports creative activities and music can help with healing, pain, decreased stress levels and anxiety.
