Children whose parents are in child custody litigation have need to maintain contact with both parents. One parent is often absent from their child's life because of anger and hostility, domestic violence and drug abuse.
Courts protect the children's rights by providing supervised visitation services, a professional and valuable program to preserve a child's connection with the 'absent' or non custodial parent.
The Toby Center has expanded our service area in Florida and must immediately recruit and train qualified individuals for our families in need of these services.
