Join us for the annual Health Fair, as hosted by the Waukesha Hispanic Collaborative Network (incl. St. Joseph’s Medical Clinic), ProHealth Care, and La Casa de Esperanza! The fair will be held on October 26 th in the evening hours at La Casa de Esperanza in Waukesha, and will feature many health and human service agencies’ health programs, services, and resources including immunizations. The fair is free and open to the public including all of Waukesha County members and is designed to help promote healthy living and community resources to helps friends and neighbors in need. The Waukesha Hispanic Collaborative Network Health Action Team will need volunteer assistance with the set-up of the Health Fair, welcoming/greeters, runners and guides throughout the fair, and check-out processes.

Our mission is to support the health of uninsured, underinsured and low-income friends and neighbors who reside, work, or attend school in the Waukesha County community.

Description

St. Joseph's Medical Clinic is a critical safety net provider and provides free healthcare services. Our healthcare services help to increase access to the healthcare delivery system in our community, and connect patients to a healthier journey. In 1977, members of the Human Concerns Committee through St. Joseph's Parish recognized the growing healthcare gaps in the Waukesha County community. To address the growing medical needs, a free clinic was born! We are housed withon St. Joseph's Parish with our entrance at the juncture of East Ave. and Arcadian Avenue.
