Abode Hospice of Denver is searching for compassionate people who would like to be companions for patients who are living with life-limiting illnesses. Volunteers can choose how to contribute to our patients' quality of life. Some activities that our volunteers may engage in include playing cards, sharing conversation, assisting in life story projects, and providing family respite for short periods of time. Volunteers are integral to a patient's hospice care team and provide compassionate comfort to those who are most in need. Days and times are flexible, and we will work with your schedule.
