Help improve the lives of those affected by autism by volunteering to serve as a bowling buddy to a child/teen/adult with autism. Each month the Autism Society of Central Virginia offers free bowling for members, and we depend on volunteers to help us make this happen. We offer bowling to Elementary, Middle/High, and Adults with ASD.

Bowling is held once a month, alternating between King Pin Lanes in Midlothian and Shrader Lanes in Henrico.
Volunteers must bill out the ASCV Volunteer Interest Form:

Volunteer Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Volunteers must be at least 16 years old
  • Volunteer from 12:45-3:30pm
  • Actively engage the child/teen/adult with autism by befriending them and talking with them.
  • Help bowler with bowling as needed.
  • Have FUN!

Educate - We host and promote opportunities for individuals and family members to meet, attend workshops, share resources and experiences, and receive the latest information on topics related to autism.
