Make a difference by becoming a Sojourn Hospice Volunteer! Sojourn Hospice Volunteers offer compassionate presence, companionship, a listening ear and an open heart to clients and their families receiving End of Life Care. Special training is provided to inform and prepare you to support our clients and their families living in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties; East Bay and Peninsula areas. We ask for a commitment of 4 hours a week, following Training, for a minimum of 1 year. Evening and Daytime Trainings are available and schedules for providing service are flexible. Description

Sojourn Hospice, a program of Healthy Living, Inc., is a hospice serving Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.
