FEED, CLOTH, PRAY & ENCOURAGE. Making a difference is our mission (isaiah 58.7, luke 3.11). We want to be part of the solution. There is no need to be cold, hungry, hopeless or lonely. we serve food, prayer and encouragement, provide clothing and warmth, and pass on the love of Jesus to all who enter. We invite you to let us serve you, or join us as we serve others in Jesus’ name.

Good Measure Ministries (GMM) | Portland Dream Center (PDC) is founded on Matthew 25:31-46: I was hungry and you gave me something to eat. I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you took me into your home. I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.

Our purpose is spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and providing services to the needy, and operating programs that empower people and youth to transition out of poverty or homelessness. We provide services and programs that promote the physical, educational and life skills necessary to prepare and empower them for leadership in their communities and success in their personal lives.

Our programs include our Street Ministry...serving the First, after-church programs (Free lunch, music, praise, prayer & testimonies, BIG: b inspired 4 greatness, an after-school program, Focused Recovery (for post addicts, and friend/family of addicts), & special events.
