The Volunteer Assistant supports the volunteer coordinator with the task of managing 250 weekly volunteers and communicating effectively with over 2500 active in our system. Strong team building skills and organizational skills a must. Creates newsletters, montiors and tracks time, helps with rewards and recognition for volunteers and works with special events groups and individuals.

Horses Help is a recreational and therapeutic organization, in an equine environment, for the special needs and at-risk community by helping to overcome barriers dealing with physical, cognitive and emotional limitations.
Description
Horses Help has been serving the special needs and at risk youth populations for over 30 years. Volunteers assist children & adults with physical cognitive and emotional challenges during daily sessions in a very diverse equine environment, The volunteers at Horses Help will be delighted with the diversity of the programs with which to participate.
