Description: GP Fundraisers help Garden Pool get the funds we need for programs and operational expenses. GP Fundraisers will write grants, apply for donations, and plan fundraising events for Garden Pool.

Required Skills: Must have excellent writing skills. Must be a self-motivated individual with good computer skills. We will be happy to train you for the position.

About Garden Pool:

Garden Pool is a federally recognized 501(c)3 public charity dedicated to research and education of sustainable ways to grow food. Our mission as an international non-profit is to develop better ways to grow food and help others do the same. Our operations are based in Mesa, Arizona at the home of the original Garden Pool. We are working on bringing the GP system to the rest of the world!

Garden Pool has recently been featured on The Chew and the President Dennis McClung was a semi-finalist for the Cox Conserves Heroes Award.

Some of our projects include:

• Opening Seed Libraries across the Valley
• Humanitarian project in Haiti
• C.O.R.N. Garden - our community garden with produce donated to local food shelters/churches
• Fruit Trees 4 Community - a local program that donates free fruit trees to local organizations
• Volunteer opportunities offering hands on learning experiences
